PPC Team Building

Company culture and employee engagement are both important drivers at PPC. This week our office staff participated in an offsite team building event at the Escape Room in Appleton. Escape Rooms are fairly new to our region and no one had participated in an escape prior to this team building activity.

The concept is to “escape the room” by being observant and using your critical thinking skills. When you enter the room the door is locked behind you and you have 60 minutes to work together to solve the puzzle, leading the team to escape. Communication is the key to finding solutions and the challenging experience helps build rapport among your team.

The PPC office team participated in the themed room: The Office of Secret Agent 22. They were tasked with completing a 6-digit code to escape the room. You can probably tell from the picture on the left that they fell short! They found 4 of the 6 digits and were on the final stage of entering the safe, where they were told at the end, the last two digits remained. If only they had five more minutes!
