About Us

Paper Converting Since 1991
Founded in 1991, Precision Paper Converters began in the back of a cheese factory in St. John, Wisconsin. The three owners launched their converting business using equipment from a defunct paper manufacturer and with just five employees. They started in sheeting and trimming. Over the years, PPC grew. The company purchased land and constructed a new facility in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, in 2000. In 2002, a new group purchased Precision Paper Converters, along with two other very small businesses, one of which converted facial tissue for the healthcare industry. By 2008, the company had focused on facial tissue exclusively. More production lines were added and the building was expanded in 2017. The PPC team is proud of its 30-plus years of paper converting experience.
Wisconsin Facial Tissue Specialists
With a singular focus on facial tissue converting and similar interfolded products, PPC is one of North America’s leading contract converters for the tissue industry. Our location in the “Paper Valley” of Wisconsin provides access to suppliers and a great pool of talent.
Safety & Quality
PPC is proud to have an industry-leading Experience Modification Rate (EMR) and OSHA Total Case Incident Rate (TCIR).
We recognize that in order to consistently produce and package a product of top quality it is essential to have a Good Manufacturing Program (G.M.P) incorporating Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (H.A.C.C.P). This program includes all the necessary processes and procedures to prevent our products from becoming adulterated with microbiological, chemical, or physical contaminants that could cause injury or illness to the user.
Our quality program is used to assure PPC’s product quality meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize base material utilization, and continuously improve the quality of our products. Each year Precision Paper Converters completes a BRC Global Standard Supplier audit. This audit is to assist our organization in evaluating and identifying ways to manage and further improve our Food Safety Practices and Responsibilities. We have never failed an audit and consistently receive superior scores.
